Mission Statement The Old Town Rockwall Neighborhood Association is dedicated to preserving, improving, and beautifying our neighborhood and fostering communication among neighborhood residents. OTRNA serves as a liaison to government agencies, and is dedicated to sharing Rockwall's oldest neighborhood with its citizens and visitors. History Old Town Rockwall Neighborhood Association was formed in 1999 when a group of neighbors got together and decided that they needed to do something improve their community. Since then the association has been an active force in the local Rockwall Community. They have held home tours, built and raffled play houses, renovated the neighborhood park, started the traditionally 4th of July parade and picnic, organized and run carriage rides at Christmas time. Neighborhood Boundaries From Goliad on the west to Aluminum Plant Road on the east and Boydstun on the south to Live Oak on the north. The boundaries include most of the originally incorporated city of Rockwall.
